What do I need to do to watch movie trailers?

I have quicktime and windows media player but when I want to watch the trailers all I get is the sound with a green screen.

1. Let them play through once, and then try again. Even on a fast internet connection it takes a while to download videos.
2. u better watch the trailers on youtube...
3. you probably need to update your Directx and possible your video Codecs. I would start with a Windows update and manually look at the list of available updates. 4. you tube. it would be easier to find what you're looking for though the screen is quite small and the quality may be not very good you can see whatever you want:)
