  1. 28 Weeks Later Very cool flick. Twice the action of the first one, half of the slow, introspective scenes that made the first film so captivating. The musical score, which consists mostly of the song from last ten minutes of the first film, is top notch and fits every scene perfectly. Some of the scenes wander into the sort of campy stuff you'd expect to see in a zombie movie, but they were few and far between. The colors and camera work were both exceptional, alternating between an artsy look during the slower scenes, and a blurry, jostling look for the action scenes. While not quite up to par with the original film, I would still highly recommend this to anyone who is a fan of either zombie movies, or horror movies in general.
  2. Ocean's 13, although didn't watch part 1 and 2, it seems the part 3 quite interesting, seems too real in reality as the plot is so perfect that nothing goes wrong, anyway its just a movie for entertainment
  3. I saw "Waitress" recently and really enjoyed it. It's a very quirky comedy about a waitress in a pie-shop dealing with an unwanted pregnancy. She wants out of her marriage to a horrible man, and is slowly saving money to do that, so getting pregnant isn't a happy circumstance. The movie revolves around her affair with her gynecologist, her relationship with her husband, and her interactions with the other staff and patrons of the pie shop. Interspersed with all the plot elements are sequences where she creates very imaginative, delicious-looking pies, which she names after events in her life. The humor in the film is dark, and often over-the-top, but it works and the performances are all top-notch. Andy Griffith has a supporting role as a crotchety old man that is just wonderful!
