Are you generally suspicious of product/movie reviews?

For instance, when you want to see a movie and look up critics' reviews online. Especially on movie posters, they are all positive (marketing!). Are you suspicious of 100% positive reviews from movie critics or other professional reviewers? What if 100% of your friends and family recommend the movie, would you see it then? Alternatively, consider the reverse: what if the movie is trashed universally by critics. Would you see it then? What if it's trashed universally by your friends and family. Would you see it then?
