What are some disturbing horror movies?

My friends and I do movie nights every week and we need some more creepy films to watch. Preferably something recent, by that I mean anything made in the last 15 years. 2000+ would be great. And not movies like Saw or Hostel; we're fans of foreign horror mostly, ha. Our most recent viewings have been Martyrs, Audition, Inside, and High Tension. We are considering Irreversible and Taxidermia, so if anyone's seen those a short review on how "disturbing" those are would be great.

1. mum and dad is fucked up about a couple who kidnap these kids and make them there own slaves and later you find out that they have been doing it for years. its a good story that hasnt been remade or its not a second or third. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1129428/ copy and paste this link to see the trailer. came out in 2008.
2. Japanese horror films are meant to be the best. Others are: Eden Lake (not really horror but scary) The Descent Creep Dead Set was good too.
3. I think you might like The Signal, and maybe Let the Right One In.
4. Irreversible is good movie and disturbing. It has a rape scene and a beating involving a fire extinguisher.

6. Cannibal Holocaust perhaps. If you like Audition maybe Battle Royale or Ichi the killer. The latter has the same director though technically not a horror. French New Wave there is Frontière(s), a liitle Texas Chainsaw in the executiuon but watchable. Sheitan is also Okay. And like the other poster said Irreversible. THe first Saw was okay but Hostel SUCKED! AS far as American horror it only has a shot if it done via Lion's Gate (e.g.May) but they are slipping too.
