Does anyone know the name of movie of upcoming release that I saw a preview of?

The plot is something about somoene who is half-dead and is going around trying to figure out how he died, or who killed him or something like that. One scene shows an old guy who is dead and he is the only one who can see and hear the ghost. Any ideas?
