If a movie gets bad reviews are you still likely to see it?

For example, if a movie you really wanted to see got a 1 star rating by most critics, would you still want to see it? Why or why not?

1. yeah but only if i was a fan before the movie
2. Ya, critics gave Tommy Boy a bad review and look its one of my favorite movies. Critics are to hard on some movies.
3. If it was still something that I thought looked good or funny, then absolutely! Who gives a sh*t what the critics say - if you think it looks like something you'd enjoy, go for it!
4. i'd still go see it if i was planning to see it before i read the reviews. most reviews are crap anyways.
